TOMY may keep your personal data beyond 1 year where we judge that the issue you have raised might involve legal proceedings (for example if your issue relates to personal injury, property damage or fraud). In that case TOMY will only keep your data for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with the legal proceedings.
